NYFW ’18 | Coming Up Rosé

Hello everyone! I was not prepared for this NYFW SS’18. It just sprung out of nowhere and before you know it, winter will be here. Ugh, I’m holding onto summer as long as I can and I crossed Autumn off my calendar, so I think we are good. Ha!

Anywho, I went up to NYC for a day just enough to get my fill and attend a show. I met up with my friend, Tineey, for brunch at Miss Paradis for a catch up session and shoot. You can check out more photos of the food on my Instagram. It’s great to meet like-minded friends who knows what it means to be creative when scouting locations and just getting that shot. I’ve been wanting to shoot at this bridge for awhile and the first time I did it was back in February or March, but it wasn’t at the right part of the bridge and the day was too sunny to get even lighting. So unfortunately, I couldn’t use the photos. Luckily, I was able to cross this off my list of places to shoot from this past weekend. Now only a dozen more places to shoot in NYC before I’m fully satisfied. 🙂

Outfit: Forever 21 top (old/love this ruffled version!) // H&M skirt (old/another ruffled love!) // Badgley Mischka heels (old/love this feather version!) // Saint Laurent bag (borrowed from Tineey//need this Burgundy color in my life!) // photos shot by: Tineey

I hope you enjoyed this post and my thoughts and prayers go out to the folks affected by Hurricane Harvey and Irma! I have family and friends in both places, so have been watching the news diligently and checking in. Luckily they pulled through okay, but still devastating to hear the rest of the people and animals who’ve been affected. <3
