Winter to Spring Transition | Black + Blush

Hello hello! Today seriously feels like Summer, but I’m not breaking out my warmer outfits just yet since the forecast is calling for snow Friday. I know. This weather has been quite moody the past week or so, but I can’t complain too much. The DMV winter was pretty mild and I hope I won’t shoot myself in the feet when saying that.

To help with the winter to spring transition, I’ve paired my favorite colors of black and blush with this outfit below. Wearing a lighter outerwear like a blazer but layering on a faux fur vest will help with the cooler mornings and nights, which you could take off the vest when the day warms up. I’ve also been loving pairing my OTK boots with skirts, because they help keep my legs warm during the night. Again, if you aren’t comfortable wearing OTK boots, try thigh high socks with ankle boots to ease you into the transition.

Outfit: H&M blazer (old/similar) // Forever 21 faux fur vest (old/similar) // BCBG Maxazria bottom (old/similar) // Steve Madden boots (old/similar) // Chanel bag // Baublebar necklace (old/similar) // Gucci sunnies // photos shot by: Sung Shin

I hope you like this outfit and let me know what is your favorite way to transition from winter to spring. Thanks for reading and have a great one!

  1. Great transition outfit, especially when it gets warmer you can simply just shed some layers!
