Hello everyone & happy Monday! Here’s my last installment of my day two of NYFW. It was hailing that morning and rained throughout the day, which made it hard to shoot outfit but Tineey and I made it through. Hallelujah!
Before we shot, Tineey invited me as her plus one to the Bloglovin brunch event, which was fun. I also bumped into Victoria, who most of you know her as In the Frow from YouTube. She was super sweet and gorgeous in person, so I was glad to have said hi and chatted with her. It wasn’t until later did I think to myself, oh wait, I should’ve vlogged that. Ha! Oh well, maybe another time.
I decided to restyle this dress that I wore for my housewarming party and winterize it by adding a turtleneck and tights. Add on a light fun jacket trimmed with faux fur as well as a long coat makes the outfit complete.
Outfit: United Colors of Benetton coat (old) // SheInside coat // Hunter Bell Lila dress (old/love this version!) // Sam Edelman bootie wedges(old/similar) // Rebecca Minkoff bag (old/similar) // photos shot by: Tineey
After shooting with Tineey, I went to meet up with Holly for late lunch and she suggested While We Were Young restaurant that was super cute. If you want instagram-worthy restaurants, this place is it. They have small marble tables with pink comfy banquettes that make me want to find a pink armchair for my loft. Now the search continues. The food here was also superb and just so picturesque. When I sat down to wait for Holly, I didn’t realized that I was sat next to Annabelle Fleur of VivaLuxury, which I found out later that she’s a pretty known fashion blogger. See what I mean by you just don’t know who you’ll bump into in New York for NYFW. She was super sweet and offered her dessert to us since they had a full meal prior pictured below.
After that, it was straight to Vivienne Hu’s show thanks to Holly. I absolutely love most of the outfits that came out especially the 10th photo with the hunter green coat and the first cream white flowy dress below. Just gorgeous.
And that’s it. I hope you enjoyed my recap of my NYFW SS’17. Thanks for reading and see you in my next one!
