Happy Monday everyone and for those who celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival, hope you all have been eating lots of mooncake yesterday. Only four more days to go before I am completely done with my Whole30 program before I could think of adding sweet treats to my diet. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, feel free to check out my Whole30 snack video on my channel currently. Without them, I wouldn’t have been able to survive through 30 days on the program.
Anyway as for my outfit below, my friend, Sung and I drove an hour and twenty minutes north to chase down these sunflower fields. This was our second attempt to catch them at their peak–the first attempt was in early August when we missed the peak of McKee-Besher sunflower fields by a week. Luckily, we were able to make it to the Clear Meadow Farm just in time before the sunflowers wilt away days after.
We stayed behind after shooting outfit to capture more photos of these beauties. The setting sun lent its rays to highlight the flowers nicely. As often as I seek out these sunflower fields, I could never get enough of shooting them. It was also a definite plus being surrounded by plenty of visitors doing the same thing thus saving us from any mosquito bites that surely would’ve surfaced had we’d been the only ones there.
I hope you enjoyed this post and thank you always for reading!
