Date Night | Summer Scuba Dress + Foldable Aviators

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great 4th of July long weekend break. I felt like mine wasn’t long enough but then again, when is it ever? As mentioned in my last post, I was up in Jersey for a day where my family decided last minute to gather at my sister’s new home for the holiday. She wanted to do a seafood boil this year and I’m so glad that she did–it was delish! I think we may actually make it a tradition to do it every year–what a great idea and my stomach left pretty happy.

I was also able to squeeze in a trip to Mitsuwa to grab some goodies as well as do two outfit shoot with another sister of mine. First outfit from shoot features my scuba dress below perfect for a summer date night. Since my post on neoprene print dress last fall, I’ve been wanting to get another but more for summer when I saw this one below. For the price, it was perfect, breathable and I love the summer print. My only complaint was that I wish F21 had finished the hem on it, which wasn’t too big of a deal since I can always do that myself. As for the fit, I ordered the small in this and because of the material of this dress, it hugs your body well enough that alterations were not needed aside from finishing the hem.

Outfit: Forever 21 dress // Ivanka Trump sandals // Lauren Merkin clutch (similar // pretty cobalt blue color here) // Ray Ban foldable aviators // Michele watch (love this dual-tone one)// Tiffany ring (old) // David Yurman bracelet one and two

And how cute are those foldable aviators that I’ve been talking about past few posts? Not to mention they have quickly become my summer favorites and I can’t stop wearing them.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this post and have a great one!
