DC Cherry Blossoms | Lace Shift Dress + Neutral Details

Hello all and happy Monday! At least it’s a beautiful day here in my area and hopefully it’s the same in yours.

Whenever I think of lace, it just reminds me of romance, because of its delicate material especially when I see it on wedding dresses. So it was very appropriate to wear one during the cherry blossoms in DC since I find them to be delicate as well due to their fleeting beauty. I really do wish they bloom all year round, but then we wouldn’t really appreciate them I suppose. Anyways, I wanted the dress to be the star of the outfit, so kept a lot of my accessories neutral.

Many thanks to my sister for helping me shoot some outfits while she was visiting DC and I’m sure she was thankful to have someone occupy baby Quin-y, so she could take a little breather every so often. Gah, I miss her random giggles!
