Hey everyone! My sincere apologies for neglecting this blog the past two weeks. I’ve recently moved to a new place to be a little closer to work, so my commute is now 30 minutes versus an hour, so I’ve been busy sorting that out. Also I’ve become quite the domestic goddess as of late while hubs was here for the month before starting his new job in Chicago. It was a good excuse to try my hands on a few recipes, mostly hubs’ fave, that had been on my list for awhile.

This coming weekend is Year of the Horse, which I will be heading up to NJ/CT to see my sisters; one of which will be having her baby then. We do not know the sex of the baby yet, which was the same with my nephew, so we’re all anxiously awaiting the new baby soon. For some reason, I think it’s a girl, but we shall see!
