Weekend Brights: Green Plaid & Orange Skirt

It was another frigid cold weekend, which called for a ton of layers for sure. It was also cold enough to bring this scarf out, which kept my neck quite warm. I remember seeing this scarf on Wendy and thought it has such a unique look to it – unlike any I’ve seen. I never thought I would see it in the store since she bought it in NYC, so when I spotted it at a Zara near mine, I took it home with me that day.

I love the look that the scarf gave to my H&M tweed coat and never thought to pair it together when I grabbed it quickly running out the door.

Outfit:

H&M tweed coat; Zara scarf (old) and cream sweater (not online currently but seen in store); Hollister flannel plaid shirt (sale still current); Forever21 skirt and tights; Enzo Angiolini booties (old); Foley and Corinna Bowler Mid-City Bag; Amrita Singh Nello necklace seen here also (similar); Eagle claw cuff bracelet

I rarely go into Hollister but when I was looking for a flannel plaid shirt to keep me warm for winter, I saw that they were having a sale on their flannel plaid shirts. So I went in and bought two of them; one in red as seen here and this green one. For $15 each, it was a pretty good deal.

Hope everyone is having a great week so far and thanks for reading!
